I liked it most after the first two pours, when the chill was steady and the bitterness had not yet started to rise.

Sweeter than expected and very approachable. Good gateway pick for someone who wants flavored yerba without candy-like overload. After a week of morning sessions, it still feels easy to come back to because the flavoring stays in check and the mate body is not buried. I would not call it deep, but it is reliable, forgiving, and surprisingly calm when prepared a little cooler than usual.

Green apple comes first, then the mate body catches up. I would love to compare this against other fruit-forward Paraguayan blends because this one stays cleaner than most through repeated sessions.
