Always on
Keeps core navigation and basic site integrity working. This category is always enabled.
Optional
Remembers your language between visits instead of falling back to browser defaults.
Optional
Allows full Google Analytics usage measurement. Before this consent, Google Analytics starts with analytics and advertising storage denied.
Currently inactive
Reserved for embeds or campaign tooling that would require a separate marketing consent.
MateRico keeps the cookie model intentionally small. Necessary storage is used for core behavior, while preference storage and marketing stay off until you choose them; analytics starts in consent mode with measurement storage denied.
Today the site uses one consent cookie, a session language cookie for the active picker choice, and, only if you allow preferences, one persistent language cookie. If analytics is enabled for the site and you allow analytics, Google Analytics may set its own measurement cookies.
Analytics consent controls whether Google Analytics can use measurement storage and full analytics signals. Marketing remains inactive until such tooling exists and you opt in.
You can accept all cookies, keep only necessary cookies, or manage categories individually. The footer contains a permanent entry point for reopening those settings.
Browser-level cookie controls can also clear or block storage, but the in-site preference dialog is the canonical control surface for MateRico-specific categories.
