Cambona

Cambona is a yerba mate brand produced by Barão Comércio e Indústria de Erva Mate Ltda. It operates in southern Brazil, the country's core erva-mate region. The established producer sells nationally and has exported for more than 15 years; public sources do not disclose current headcount. Cambona Tradicional uses the Cambona 4 progeny discovered in Machadinho, Rio Grande do Sul. Barão links its cultivation, harvesting and processing to social projects in Machadinho carried out with APROMATE, the yerba mate producers association.
