Ervateira Bonetes

Ervateira Bonetes is a yerba mate brand produced by Indústria Ervateira Bonetes Ltda. It operates in southern Brazil, the country's core erva-mate region. It is an established regional producer; public sources reviewed do not publish a current workforce or production volume. Indústria Ervateira Bonetes Ltda began in 1986 in the Bonetes locality of Canoinhas, Santa Catarina, processing leaves bought from small local growers. Its company history describes expansion into packaged own-brand mate in 1995 and the start of exports to Uruguay in 2006.
