Fontana

Fontana is a Brazilian chimarrão product in the official Chás Mate Real catalog. The site identifies Moinhos Unidos Brazil–Mate S.A. as the operator and lists Fontana pure-leaf erva-mate, but it does not publish brand-level workforce or production-volume figures. Chás Real traces Fontana’s production to the nineteenth century, when it says the mate was packed in oak barrels. The current Fontana product description identifies leaf supply from plants grown under Araucaria shade.
